Our policy is simple. If you or your pet are not 100% satisfied for any reason, return it! We’ll happily accept packages within 30 days of the sale date and we’ll give you a complete refund. We’ll also pay for the return shipping if there is an error on our side.
Need to Return Something?
Contact our customer support and. We’ll provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning your product. Purpose Pet Food does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Once we have received the returned package, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
